Here's the latest...

About once a month, specifically halfway through the month, PlayStation announces new additions to the Game Catalog for owners of the 'PlayStation Plus Extra' subscription and/or 'PlayStation Plus Premium' subscription. While the 'PlayStation Plus Essential' subscription does provide discounts and access to the monthly games rotation offered by PlayStation, it does not provide similar benefits seen in the higher-priced subscription plans. The main allure of the more expensive membership plans is the "Game Catalog" and the "Classic Catalog" category accessible with those subscriptions.
What is the Game Catalog?
The Game Catalog is a consistently rotating library of hundreds of games that PS+ Extra and PS+ Premium members can download and play to their hearts' content. These games can range from widely popular entries such as "Grand Theft Auto V (PS4™ & PS5™) to small indie projects made by passionate developers such as "Killer Frequency".
What is the Classic Catalog?
The Classic Catalog is a library of old PS1 to PS3 titles that are playable on the PS5 Console, exclusive to only PS+ Premium members. While these older titles are not ported to the Classic Catalog as quickly as the releases on the Game Catalog, they do include a handful of classic games that will easily pique players' curiosity and provide more nostalgic games to help them relive their memories. The decision about which subscription plan to choose depends on both the players' budget and the types of games they prioritize. If they prefer to play semi-new releases without buying the game outright for the full price, the PS+ Extra plan meets that need. If they don't mind paying more to play some classic titles from the prior console generations, then the PS+ Premium subscription would be right up their alley. The titles being added to these categories are listed below, along with key details for each title. The games listed will be accessible for PS+ Extra and PS+ Premium members unless stated otherwise.
