1. Membership and Subscriptions
Pro membership unlocks advanced stats, ad-free browsing, and upcoming premium perks. Manage billing straight from your account settings.
Billing: Subscribing grants us permission to charge the selected payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellations: Cancel anytime; premium access lasts until the end of the current cycle. Lifetime plans are exempt from recurring billing policies.
Refunds: All fees are generally non-refundable unless local law or a specific promotion states otherwise.
2. User Conduct and Site Rules
The Hunter’s Cabin thrives on fair play, single-account ownership, and mutual respect. Break the balance and you risk removal from ranked experiences.
No Cheating: Third-party unlockers, save manipulation, or scripted pops disqualify leaderboard entries.
One Account: Each player may register a single account; duplicates may be merged or removed.
Respectful Interaction: Harassment, hate speech, or toxic behavior toward other hunters or staff is prohibited.
3. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts—including paid members—without prior notice when the Terms are violated.
Violations: Any breach of Site Rules or suspicious leaderboard behavior triggers review.
Fraud: Chargebacks, fraudulent disputes, or payment abuse lead to immediate bans.
Detrimental Conduct: Actions that harm the Service or community can result in permanent removal.
Note: Banned accounts forfeit the remaining subscription period; no refunds are issued.
4. Data Accuracy and Third-Party APIs
Our sync pipeline depends on external platforms such as PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, and Steam. Downtime or discrepancies can occur beyond our control.
Availability: We cannot guarantee 100% uptime for third-party sync services.
Discrepancies: Trophy or achievement conflicts must be resolved directly with the original platform.
Affiliations: The Hunter’s Cabin is not affiliated with Sony, Microsoft, or Valve.
5. Limitation of Liability
Use the Service at your own risk. We are not liable for lost ranks, data corruption, or penalties resulting from your own Terms violations.
6. Changes to Terms
Terms evolve. We will send email notifications or display notices on major updates. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
